It has said that the board of directors has approved the proposal to change the name of the ancestral company. The company wrote, ‘We want to inform you that the board of directors of the company has approved the name of the company from’ Jomato Limited ‘to’ Eater Limited ‘under the proposal of 6 February 2025. In the letter sent to the shareholders, the company’s founder and chief act Dhikari Deepinder Goyal has requested support.
He wrote in the letter, “Our board has approved this change today and I request my shareholders to support this change too.” He said that after getting approval from the shareholders, the company’s corporate website will also be transformed from Jomato.com to Eternal Dotcom and the share ticker will turn from ‘Jomato’ to ‘Eunnel’. However, the name of the Jomato app will not change.
